Snack Away: Crispy & Golden Oven Baked Mini Omelets
There was a time in my life when omelet was the staple diet; be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is easy to cook, takes very little time and no matter how bad a cook you are, an omelet always ends up being great, more or less! But even for some us with limited cooking skills, these oven baked mini omelets from The One Pot Chef Show open a whole new world of tasty delights.
If you thought that making these was hard, then we can assure you that they will take no more than a few minutes of work and after 25 minutes of so in the oven, you have crispy, tasty batch of mini omelets that will melt away in your mouth. A perfect snack to cook up ahead of a big weekend game night, they obviously will keep you a lot healthier than other junk food.
Ingredients You Need:
- 8 Eggs
- 1 Brown Onion (diced)
- Handful of Shredded Ham (or any other meat)
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Oil (some more to grease muffin pan)
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Cup of Grated Cheese
